This quirky, happy dreamscape was commissioned by an American couple. While we explored a number of locations to serve as a starting point, we settled upon Kinsale in Ireland partly because of the wife's heritage and partly because of the aesthetic appeal. This painting is a joyful and busy scene in vibrant, fresh blues and greens. Subtle collage and textures are highlighted with silver leaf that twinkles like sunlight hitting water.
